If you remove the condensor you will get better air flow to the radiator

So with 65 degree ambient temps my coolant temp was back down to 180 pretty much not matter what and intake temps were about 85 under load. Seems I only have a problem when it is above 80 degrees ambient temp.

WTF man?!?!

Is this all due to the last issue where it flung oil all over the place? Was that a feed restrictor issue or oil drain size issue?

I don't even know. I think most of that stuff inside the compressor housing was soot getting sucked up when the manifold was cracked.

go with the Spal Extreme fans. I bet that will solve all your cooling issues. I have heard people running into overheating and as soon as they went with the extremes all was good.
Shaft play is no good
