Yes to be safe I would for sure get a fpr. And a gauge if u don't have one. Because you can help your injections out a lot by just cranking up base pressure sum

Is it worth just getting a whole new fuel rail than? Or modify the OEM.

That's on you it's a lot easyer to get new rail so you can put the gauge and the fuel pressure regulator on there but I don't know your budget but remember the more you do now the less you have to do later if you decide to go for more power but the 1300s will be great for anything that u can make on one pump

Already over what I wanted to spend. Lol I just want it done right. I'm thinking my comp stage 2 clutch will be to weak so I'm trying to find out if I can just swap to a stage 4 disc. And use my stage 2 pressure plate. I just installed my stage 2 a few thousand miles ago. Grrr not a fun job. My goal at 1st was only 500whp. But if I'm going to drive 8 hrs for a tune I'm going to shoot for 600+whp. Just put a stage 2 diff in. Haven't even put a single mile on that yet. Thanks for all the info and advice guys!

Bullseye also said the spool time should be about the same just having the bigger wheel will push more air.

All I know is its a s256 T3 with a .70a/r dbo bought the Turbo new so he may have more info. But from my understanding from what I looked up it just turns mine into a s259 with billet wheel.
Bullseye assured me it will reach my 600whp goal on E85. So that's all the info I have at the moment
The standard S256 uses a .47 compressor cover, but there is a larger .55 ported version as well. Stuffing a 59mm wheel into the compact cover will drop the efficiency, but that isnt going to be the only problem. From the factory Borg Warner uses turbine housings between .83 and 1.22 a/r. By dropping down to a .70 turbine housing then bumping the compressor up to something that flows ~70 lb/min, or approx 20% more than the 56mm, you have a bad mismatch, especially on an F series that needs more airflow potential.

Personally, I wouldnt do it. You need something different.

Not really set on 600 but why not? I emailed comp a week ago still waiting to here back. I'm coming from a 405whp SC setup just was never enough. So I traded it for the Turbo kit I have now. I have a puddymod stage 2 diff. When I looked at the Turbo specs side by side the only thing different I saw between them were the wheel. And bullseye did say it would flow more. When I get back to my computer I will post the specs I found.
I would hate to drive 8hrs one way for a tune and find out I want more than 500whp. Then have to get a different Turbo and drive back another 8hrs for a retune. 600 sounded like a good number street car that sees the strip.a few times a year.
