Won't be able to tune until late may early june. I found a load cell dyno near me so I should be able to a real good tune.

Smart choice IR gun temps after shutdown show 480 degrees on manifold and 200 degrees on the wrap. It really helps control the heat. On the bottom of the manifold you may want to have ATP trim the two underside bolt areas especially if you have arp exhaust bolts. I had to trim the shielding somewhat to get the nuts on the bolts.

I dunno if you chose the right diff for the power you going for... A stage 2 puddymod is only rated for 350whp as per Puddydad.. I have 370rwhp and blew my AP1 diff to pieces even with being cautious about launching and banging gears. I am waiting on him to finish my stage 3 diff, no worries about ever blowing it again under 500-600whp

Thats what i thought also. but puddydad told me he has people with 550ish whp running it and as long as im not stupid it should last.

if it breaks ill just buy a new one and get him to build it better

FINALLY got the FB dual hanger fittings not to leak!! holds 40 psi steady on my IP fuel rail! First car start up is looking like tomorrow after church!
just need to:
bleed brakes/clutch
reroute fuel lines
install rest of turbo kit
add all fluids
do a once over on all parts to make sure they are tight and good and have my friend follow up

Also I have been having a problem with the Ptuning turbo manifold bolt holes not being perfectly matched up where they should be.. I sent it to Ptuning but they said it fit their car just fine. It doesn't fit on mine so I am going to have to widen out 2 bolt holes on the manifold to make it fit

Hopefully getting it tuned beginning of july after we get the street tune good and get AFRs set right. hopefully hit 600whp on E85

Also does anyone have any tips on how to break in the engine on the street?
