see my other post https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/871...#entry20627675 about the fittings that came with the kit not being able to be tightened enough. got the ones passman told me to, put some yellow chemical tape on them and wrenched them down real good and they work perfect! sooo happy im done messing around back there!

Tried to get the car to start but when I hook up my laptop into the ECU it shows my MAP and O2 volts at 5 volts... so its reading my engine load before I even start cranking the car as 30psi with my GM 3 bar, and 10psi when I hook OEM back up. Also when I disconnect my O2 wideband and soak a rag in paint thinnner then wrap the sensor in it my AEM analog gauge slowly goes from full lean to full rich like it should but my O2 volts in the ECU stays at 5v!

I think my ECU might be messed up and going to call and see about sending it in for repair. SO close to starting the car up.. nothing ever goes like it should....

Yeah.. not sure why it wouldn't fit on mine... I put TWO different OEM gaskets on the Ptuning manifold and lined it exactly with the stud holes and the 3 end holes were off of which ever side I lined them up with. so we had to enlarge the holes just a TINY bit to make it fit.
