You must be proud.

I've seen your other posts and you're pretty hard on people who get things wrong. You might like to think about his thread before you blast somebody next time.
Where did I "blast" you?!!?

Yea... Not bad at all for 6 psi! How hard is it going to be to change the psi? Thanks
Just put a new pulley on. Boost will be changed at the crank pulley like our Miata kits.

I'm confuzed... Looking at the pictures on page 4 of the hotside thread at the BRP forum (I probably can't link it... might get in trouble!) it seems that the s/c is being driven by the same belt used to drive the accessories. If this is the case, changing that pulley would change the speed of a/c and alternator.

Personally that's not something I'm a big fan of, though it's probably no big deal. Is it possible to change the pulley at the supercharger, or provide a crank pulley with a seperate drive for the s/c (seems like unnecessary extra $$$ though, with extra pulley, tensioner, and belt)? Changing the crank pulley is also a bit of a hassle as I recall. That bolt is torqued to some astronomical number.

It no longer shares the belt drive with the other accessories. That original belt drive did not work out too well. It now has a dedicated six rib belt drive.

BTW, I know I am not authorized to speak but I am really dissappointed in the torque #'s - and this is on an ap2. Sure the torque graph is nice but I still think the amount needs to be higher. If it had a max of 240- 260 rwtq I would be interested.

The torque "curve" looks like it was practically drawn with a rule and you're dissappointed?

260 lbs/ft at over 8000 rps is over 400 whp. Can a stock S2000 engine/driveline take such load without trouble/things start breaking ...?!

I just looked at the comptech website to see the dyno sheet on their supercharger. It looked like the peak horsepower was around 285 and the peak torque was around 190 and this is LINEAR. This supercharger is putting up the same if not higher numbers with the flat curve and it is still in the development stage. I can't wait for the final product to come out!

With this I MIGHT have a chance in beating my brother in his 02 M3!

Maybe, maybe not. We've thought about doing an M3 kit as well.

Let me get mine first and at least give him a scare before you start making a version for his car...
