Wlaurent-
Just (jealously
) looking at your install pics again and I have a question -
Are you going to have to relocate your new battery mount so the IC tubing can go in?
I remember from BPR mockup pics that the outlet side pipe going down to the IC exits the blower at an angle ---
but can you guesstimate from the cross over pipe if your battery is "safe"?
I hope it is -- hate for you to have to re-work something you've already done...

Today - I worked with one of the R&D engineers at PWR to create a kit that will be a bolt in (full front mount 26x9 heat exchanger and 6x6 IC core) that would be good for up to 500+ HP.
It will be similar to the heat exchanger offered by Tech2 (spearco) - but it can be installed without removing the front bumper/facia and it includes a fan for that stop and go city traffic. Should be available from SOT as an IC kit (barrel, pump and heat exchanger/radiator, or as an upgrade for Vortech/CTSC kits also).
Hoping to have it installed next weekend - will post some pics of the install.
Should fit fine with the current battery postion.
I have about 1000 miles on the kit so far. Other than some minor fuel issues with the current ELF (running rich below VTEC) the kit has performed beautifully. Can't wait to get the IC kit on (been warm here in Phoenix the past week 90F).
Question was asked regarding clutch change and this SC.
I am pretty sure the SC would need to be removed in order to do a clutch change. Fortunately you can remove the SC in about 15 minutes and re-install it in the same amount of time.
I could actually go completely back to stock in about an 1 to 2 hours if I needed to - factory air box, battery, etc... (excluding the AC lines)

The barrels look like this:

The plan is to put it right in the middle of the cross tube - the barrel is 15" long.

plenty of head room on that beast
+ plenty of surface area
for a dyno
