Mark - I was running no timing retard since my dyno was using the ELF. However, I did not have any recorded knock at 90F ambient temps

Nice numbers Mark. Where did you find the extra ponies since the last dyno?

My first numbers did not have the IC system filled with water.

I was testing to see how the system would perform if for some reason the IC was not installed properly or there was a leak resulting in no cooling.

Had no problems with that non ICed test.

The next day after the Non IC dyno runs The IC was turned on and just now have been able to get time to get back on the dyno due to my 9-5 engineering job and the shop being extremely busy `

On this dyno run the power addition could be attributed to two thing.

About 5-7hp was most likely from the AP2 Mugen exhaust Stock OEM piping diameter

And the about 9 to 7 hp from the cooler and denser air charger.

Even more power could be accomplished if I was to put some timing back in.
Based on IAT

Wow, those are great results, 350whp is definately possible with this setup which would be the perfect power to weight for this car, especially with the wonderful powerband.

From the efficiency numbers I have calculated for the AP2 and AP1 engine (air pump) and how well the MP62 is performing.

350 is possible with about 8psi (with 135mm pulley and depending on how hi you are above sea level)

350 could potentially be reached with the standard 126mm pulley with a 70mm or larger single or dual exhaust 2 step colder plugs (minimum 1 step is recommend for the 125mm pulley), and adding back in some of the ignition timing.

The max manufacture suggested blower speed is 17280

Blower speeds at redline
AP1
17313-126mm crank pulley(standard one with the kit)
18550-136mm crank pully
19511-142mm crank pully

AP2
15389-126mm crank
16489-136mm crank
17334-142mm crank

Using a curb weight of 2835 (MY04) + 50 lbs for the blower setup.

The lower the number the better
Number represents how many lbs each hp must move

SOT S2k Power weight 7.90lb/hp
For reference
2007 C6 Corvette 8.25
2007 ZO6 Corvette 6.2
Ferrari F430 6.3
Ferrari 550 Maranello 5.59

If one was to strip out a s2k say to 2200lbs with the SOT blower power weight would be in the 6.03lb/hp area

How did you get those numbers?

C6 = 3217 lb / 400 hp = 8.04 (7.48 for 430 HP 2008 model)
Z06 = 3162 / 505 hp = 6.26

Your car is putting down 330 WHP, which is about 400 crank HP...

SOT = 2885 / 400 = 7.21

Stripped SOT = 2200 / 400 = 5.5

you are using crank hp to calculate

I use wheel power to calculate the SOT setup.

I got the other reference numbers via a Google search. Most likely the reference numbers were using crank power not wheel.

Thanks for the check.
I am getting the same numbers you are wrong I corrected the equations and divided by crank hp and not wheel

Can the supercharger hit 10 psi on an AP2?
