So just to clarify, I don't need to have a check valve with the Emanage Ultimate.

Also, what did you guys do about your air pump? Are you all running successfully without a CEL?

your going to get a cel if you remove the air pump, no way around it.

So what have guys with the EMU done to remedy that? Do they just attach the pump hose to the turbo inlet piping where the air filter is attached to? That will constantly use a vacuum as does the stock location now; however, the amount of air being sucked in will be significantly increase, so would this solution mollify that problem?

I just put one of those mini air filters on the air pump inlet.
