Ok i installed my vortec supercharger and all seemed well for the first day of driving. Next day i cranked her up and she throws a CEL. Reset ECU and again all is well no problems with car...boost is good.. then next day start her up and throws a CEL. I have yet to check the code and will be tommorrow. Just wanted to know if anyone had this problem and knew what it was. I am running a test pipe with t1r exhaust ( with the O2 fix) and vortech supercharger kit. Again i can drive it for a day or for the third startup before she throws a CEL. Any input would help I am a little frustrated

 

Moving to FI

You need the actual DTC # to begin to figure out what is wrong with the car.

 

Stop clearing the code until you know what it is and fix it.

 

probably vaccum, code comes onw hen engine is cold. Took 3 days for the mechanics to figure otu what hose it was.........you have to try to fix it then test it out severla hours later, time consuming. that T1R is making you run lean if you still on stokc injectors or not tuned, T1R leaned by 1 point at least in the high RPMs...

 

I had the same problem when i first installed my vortech....My vac lines were crossed...

No one can really help you unless you get the code pulled...
