no you won't need that!!! I'm not sure why its stuck? but there is a VERY small metal "key" if you look around the inside of the pulley where it mounts to the sc you will see a groove or "key hole" with a piece of metal in it DON'T LOSE THAT!!! The pulley should come off with a little prying or tapping of a hammer

 

p.s. don't be afraid to give the pulley a good "shot" with the hammer just not on the grooves where the belt goes...and not that hard to bend anything! just get a pry bar and slide it between the pulley and the supercharger and pry a little bit and work your way around the pulley it should come off
