Sorry... Maybe I don't understand... What does bolts breaking have to do with cooling?

These bolts were torqued to spec and they broke at the track...

And regarding cooling...he has a Laminova oil to water cooler installed... Just like the original KW kit had...

Ok .. Have to send both blowers back to kraftwerks and let them inspect .. The refunded me my overnight shipping cause I missed the track days ... Hopefully I'll know by Friday what's wrong...

Did the replacement appear to be brand new direct from Rotrex? As I recall, the one I received in my kit was - rotrex box and only one set of tape holding it shut. Just curious.

It looked brand new .. I mentioned to them that it was refurbished and Scott said that they don't refurbish ... Wen they send them back to rotrex they don't get them back ... But I do see they sell rebuild kits for the rotrex unit and kraftwerks says they can't be rebuilt ..

Wondering if maybe the kit hadn't been fully reinforced for the -91. Habit has been reporting no issues on his end with the -81. I have a new -91 on my S, hoping it won't start breaking again ....

Does anyone know if Kraftwerks is currently looking into the kit with the -91 and all these bolts breaking? We can only hope they are monitoring the forums/threads and customer complaints.

earlier I this thread a user said they told him they are looking into it along with rotrex, I believe. I've got over 3,000 miles on my -81 kit with no issues.

I'd like to hear from all the users that had breakage, were they running flash pro or aem series 2? Earlier we discussed rev limiter settings and that aggressive settings might contribute. I'm just curious if we see any pattern.

For reference, I'm on aem with pretty soft settings for the limiter. I don't hit it much, but probably have a handful of times in the last several months. Also I don't track it, but I drive it pretty hard most times I take it out.
