regarding exedy hyper,

unless you are racing or very confident with clutch operation, try to stay away.

Don't get me wrong. it is a very good set up for racing but not for street. It took me a month to get used to. I usually take around 15min of driving to get used to a unfamiliar clutch.

Is the ACT PP really the easiest on the left leg? I have it now and NYC traffic got the clutch pedal feeling like a leg press.
The "easiest" clutch on the leg is the OEM one. Even if the HD PP was 50% heavier than stock, it would still be feather light compared to a Viper or Vette clutch.

The ACT is not heavy in the world of performance clutches.

I learned how to drive a stick on a 64 Barracuda with a 2800lb pressure plate. I would have to lock my knee at times to hold the clutch in. The ACT is stiff, but no where near a heavy workout.

I had move a TR6 today, It had a stiffer clutch pedal than the ACT.

SPEC stage 2. stock flywheel. but id say opt for the full face disk when you order. segmented. im running a stage 2 plate now, 400 hp 400 tq capable. and a stock ap2 disk. honestly, it is bad ass. im going spec next time. when im blown or next time it slips. lates dave

what exact pieces would I need to change the pp out? I have about 20k miles on my S, and the clutch is slipping with my comptech setup. Do I need to buy another OEM disc, or can I use the one I already have? Do I need a new throwout bearing?

The reason why everyone goes with the ACT HD PP and stock disc is that they work the most like stock. If you go with an aftermarket disc, most make LOTS of noise and have harsh engagement.

I have a SPEC stage 2 clutch. If I ever have time, I will be swapping their disc back to my OEM disc to attempt to reduce noise and improve drivability.

My S2000 actually sits in the garage right next to a TR6. I found the earlier comment very true. My dad has owned the TR6 since 1974. The clutch is heavy, but it has great feel and modulation. Every now and then, he'll need to move my car when I'm gone. He will sometimes move it by hand to avoid having to use the clutch (engagement is very quick with very little warning/slip). The stock clutch was much easier to drive and much less noisy.
