CNC Speedshop built engine
HAHAHAHAAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHA nearly choked reading that. Reading all the posts and comments, you got some members saying "sh!t happens" and tried to play it somewhat down like it wasnt that bad. THIS wadzi guy ordered the parts.. where did they go? You mean to tell this customer you didnt know the engine was being built like this? THIS WADDZI character knew exactly what was going on, and if you think he didnt your brain dead. How in the H3LL do you not know what parts are going in this motor build if its a "small company" with "2 people"??? And not being able to refund him until you get more customers to make more money, this company has no capital from making diff builds and everything else they do?? I personally agree with RICEBALL and his post! "When you boost a s2000 its considered a very serious modification. If you don't have the know how or the willingness to work or learn to work on your own car/ doing your own engine swaps/ swap out your own clutch/ install your own turbo system/ DON'T BOOST YOUR CAR!!!!" CNC thought he found himself a sucker from France that doesnt know anything.(And this forum has some members that dont comprehend how a turbo works, and want to take the car to the strip or racing scene and play with boost.) IF IT WAS UP TO ME, BAN THIS COMPANY, CNC, FROM THIS FORUM! POINT BLANK PERIOD!! and include a short post on why they became banned! This isnt just a burn to frenchie who got SCAMMED, this is a burn to the whole S2KI commnunity.
Not done ranting..
IF i was getting my motor built, I dont give a F*CK how busy you are, im paying 8 grand for motor work I want some pictures and all updates every time the engine had been worked on. It takes less then 5 minutes out of your time to say what parts where installed and what was worked on last when you close shop, and when the customer should be expecting a pallet with the engine he ordered. End rant.

Thanks guy for your support

Just saw on the FB page of the shop that my review was just erase... So when review is bad they found time to erase it as there were nothing. Really not serious.
My personal experience with Jason and CNC speedshop was pleasant. I boosted my car over the winter in 2013/2014. I had a lengthy phone conversation with Jason about my planned setup, and I paid him for a used AEM series 1 and tuning around October of 2013, with the idea I would trailer the car to him once it as done to install ecu and tune. I ended up needing some money back to deal with some unsuspected financial issues. Jason actually hooked me up with an interested buyer of the AEM series 1 (which was still in his possession, but I owned) and I sold it to this buyer from s2ki. Jason worked with me and the buyer and shipped the ecu to the buyer. I purchased another AEM series 1 later on once I settled my financial situation, and installed my Ptuning kit and everything else. I trailered the car to Jason at CNC in May of last year. It was right when he moved to his new, bigger shop. I hungout and chatted with him and an employee (I'm guessing) while Jason loaded a base map into the car. It fired up, sounded smooth as silk. I couldn't hang around for the tuning, as I was going to visit my sister a town over. He called me throughout the process, informed me that he'd posted videos on his Facebook page of the dyno pulls, and told me he'd let me know once everything was done. The car was ready the following day in the afternoon. He took the extra time to do some street tuning, to be sure the car operated properly out of boost. I'm very pleased with my experience with Jason and CNC. I hate seeing these kind of posts, and I'm not here to say who's right or wrong. Just wanted to post my personal experience with Jason/Wadzi. Too add, my car runs flawlessly, and has made a couple of 3 hour one way trips, and countless full throttle pulls since tuned.

Erasing the negative comments and leaving the positive ones misleads readers into believing that companies like these are competent only to leave them out thousands of dollars and a bitter taste in their mouths.

But as someone post earlier, sometimes things can go wrong that's what shops have to face off. When something goes wrong you've to found the good way to keep your customer's satisfaction and not let him doubt about you.
But how can i be satisfied when i've to post this kind of topic on s2ki and s2k's pages on FB to have an answer ?
As a veteran member as he is, Is it normal to erasing negative review on his shop FB page ? From my point of view, it's something that you do when you're not taking responsability of your mistakes.
When i paid 8k $ for something that should run without problems and then have to repaid shipping returns when problems occurs.
How can you say to your customer that you'll SPECIALLY accept to do a refund but normally your political is not to do it, because all parts that i send are used and he can't resell them.
But to refund me, he's waiting for selling them
Only refund me 2600$ on nearly +6000$ of parts, labors and shipping return.
In my position, i don't find any points to be satisfied of his attitude and this situation, Sorry
As I said, I'm not here to point fingers. I was simply posting my personal experience with Jason. I won't deny that this is a very frustrating situation for the OP, and I hope an appropriate resolution is met between both parties. Good luck, and I hope you decide to get another S one day.
I'm so confused at people who have backed CNC or are posting their "good" experiences with CNC like they're trying to justify their experience in comparison to OP's. Did y'all even read the entire thread? Cause if you did like me, it seems pretty simple to point a finger at CNC in all of this.
OP has already said the reason why he went to Jason/CNC, because they had a great rep on S2Ki. He trusted that and went with it.
OP good luck with this hell, I hope everything works in your favor.
