What the heck man. Good for you but how in the hell are some cars so unlucky?

I have a few very strong vibrations with my car. 2500 3000 then around 4200ish. I can feel it in N just revving or in any gear. I have new motor mounts. New crank pulley. Could be the built motor. Could be the exhaust. Idk yet but it's a little annoying

Bringing this back from the past, I just installed my CC twin disc and damn it's freakishly loud! I'm having all the noises stated above, but I'm also getting a really loud buzzing noise when I left off the gas, also when I give it slight throttle and maintain that position. Sounds like an exhuast almost. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Mine got quieter or I just got used to it. It took a couple weeks for me to get used to mine. My S2k is not my daily, but i can see how it would be annoying for a DD. I think it's a great clutch other than the noise. The smoother high speed shifting and ability for it to grab hard makes it worth it for me coming from an ACT clutch setup. It can take a beating that's for sure.

The noise at idle sounds like my rods bearings going out, also I'm getting some vibrations when i give it gas so a second or two.

that chatter is completely normal for a twin disc. I have had mine for 2 years of street and race driving and LOVE it. Would never drive a single disc again. Takes a little getting used to but once you do you will have it no other way. As far as the chatter goes... well I think its bad ass.. any real enthusiast will knows the sound of the chattering multi discs is a car meaning business!

I have no noise at idle unless the clutch is pushed in. If u have noise with the clutch out then it was installed incorrectly.

I do love the twin disc. It's a little bit of a pain from a complete stop but heavy traffic isn't bad as long as u stay rolling at least 1mph. From 0 is the only pita. But everything else is great

agree to what kevin just said. If the car is in neutral with the clutch disengaged it should be quiet. But with the clutch engaged that noise you hear is normal. The biggest help I found when trying to learn how to drive my twin better on the street is pump the gas. rather than hold rpm at 2,000 say and slowly slip the clutch out pump the rpm between 2500-3500 and then slowly start releasing the clutch. Once you get used to the release point its super easy to daily.
