I have a 2005 and just picked up a kit off of an AP1. According to CT Engineering, the pulley on it right now should be a 4.6 inch (AP1 pulley). They sell a 4.3 inch (04-05) 4.1 inch (06+) and told me the 4.1 would be good for 7 psi (probably safe limit for stock injectors). Unfortunately, they are charging 109 for these pulleys, which is a bit much.

I've seen a ton of pulleys online listed for Mustangs for this blower. My question is, do they mount up with the correct pulley offset? Ideally, I'd actually like to get a 4.0 inch or even 3.8 inch since I can actually add additional pulse width via my Emanage Ultimate. Where are you guys getting your pulleys at?

Not sure where to buy a 3.8" though. Anyone know?

 

SOS has neither the 4.0 or the 3.8 which are the two I am considering. Should be good for 7-8 psi.

 

Roger that. I haven't seen these pulley sizes sold myself, but perhaps someone else will chime in.
