-10 is a widely used size for oil lines. many many dry sump and wet sump oil systems use -10.

Remote Engine & Transmission Oil Filter Mount with Thermostat ENV-170
This would work for the remote filter and lets you add an oil cooler. Their parts are super high quality, and their service is excellent.
