This is my idea, 5 T's... the top one is where the solenoid is run, each T down attaches to an injector at each port. No more then aprox 1" of line would be needed after each T to connect the solenoid and injectors. There would be a cap at the end of the outside T's and approx 12" of hose running the length of the manifold for the distribution T's to the injectors. This is my idea for the least amount of fluid siphon. What do you think? You mentioned 3 T's?

I see, yeah pretty much the same as what I was thinking, but your running longer lines to the 1 & 4 cylinder with two less T's. I suppose I could just run 90's instead of T's on the end (1 & 4 cylinders) Probably splitting hairs either way. Yours has less angles so its likely better. Thanks again.

Yes 1&4 is longer but if your going to make all the lines equal but then have the solenoid further back then your just increasing the delay even more.

Glad to help/bounce ideas around

The solenoid would still be in the same place. Just a slightly different shape on the injector lines. But after looking at yours its splitting hairs.

Line length isn't an issue. I thought it was at first, but once I thought about it, consider this.

If you have a single T

1. Coming from the pump
2. Nozzle end/jet
3. Open

Will that line ever pressurize enough for the nozzle to start spraying?

No.

All lines have to pressurize before it will start to spray, yes the nozzle/jet could leak out, but not enough to be productive.

With that said, you could have 4 lines, and all lines will need to pressurize before it will spray. So if one is longer than a short one and vice versa, that won't be a concern as the short one won't spray until the long one is full and up to pressure.
