Yeah I’m using one in my set up, it works awesome, but the problem with this is they are pretty large, to make them effective you would still need to place them as close as possible to the injector such as were these mini check valves are. Do to the location of the injectors/manifold/size of solenoids it would at the very least be a real eye sore, but I don't see how we even have room to place them. The most logical and affordable way is with the mini CV and a large enough pump to offset the pressure loss associated with the cracking pressure needed x4.
I'm not saying it would be easy with solenoids, but the cv idea is easier implemented and cheaper as well.

True, but what is the support system for this rout? fuel rail, cost of injectors, EMS or other type of controller? It would be a pulse type system just like our fuel injectors right? An EMS or complicated/expensive brain would need to be used, able to read MAP etc.
I don't know, I've not researched it.

I'm pretty sure that’s the deal. I've researched enough to know it’s not the direction I want to go in.

subscribed. Thanks for listing all the parts involved. Very informative.

btw, is that just black wrinkle paint or powder coat? Looks great and my IM is currently off, I might have to copy you

^^^^ nice! I like the idea of the 4 small check valves on each injector, this I think is a must to prevent all the drain back in the lines and distribution block- which is a fair bit to have under vacuum running. The part I don't like is that it will rob my 150psi pump of essential pressure/atomization, which means if I were smart I would upgrade to the 250psi pump, especially considering I was still going to use a smaller single injector on a two stage.

...and Joey, you decided to make the change to direct port?
Does AEM make a 250psi pump? I have to start ordering the parts ASAP

most of the meth companies source the same pump now. the one in my thread is aem and its set for 200psi out of the box. but its adjustable from 150-250. companys that says theirs is 250 or 220 just had it set higher but its the same pump in the end

Pretty much would agree, they all look to be similar pumps, just make sure it's a bypass style pump, and @ least 200psi.

I tested the system tonight, not fully hooked up, just seeing how the nozzles functioned/etc. I don't think my phone captured the mist coming out of the manifold as well as I would have liked, but you get an idea.

I hooked up a battery to the pump for testing and it's on full spray.

Seems like it works really well, surprised by how fine the spray really is.

Autozone or Advance Auto

VHT Wrinkle Black

**Read the instructions, you have to make sure wherever your working is up to temp, and you follow the pattern and time limits.

saidam, that is so fine I could barely see it. Should work great, assuming you picked a large enough injector. I clicked on one of the other you tube direct port vids and it was coming out quite a bit more. Looked like a Subi manifold. Your spraying a total of 104cc at 200psi? And each check valve takes 10psi to crack Open? So your actually getting less then 104cc. Net 99cc? I might try running the pump at its full 250psi capacity.

siadam has 180cc injectors.

I did the measuring cup test with my injects and it fills pretty much exactly what it should.
