siadam willing to get a pressure gauge and test to see how much pressure on each direct injection line with pump at 150, 200 and 250 psi? :-) i'm wondering what cc/m that 240 nozzle will actually do on a direct injection setup with check valves and such...

I think the best way to go about testing this would be to run each of the 4 lines/injectors into 4 separate measuring canister simultaneously, they all have to be going at the same time at a given pump pressure for the cc to be accurate.

My stuff is already threaded in the IM, and ready to go. Won't be disassembling it for testing, other than for leaks/etc.

Wish they had an injector around a 150cc at 150psi.
Here you go Junky. Devils Own D02 injector http://www.alcohol-injection.com/outside-m...ozzles-135.html

I know it says 126cc but thats at 100psi. At 150psi they flow around 150cc and at 200psi a little under 180cc. I am planning on changing my 104cc to these and set my pump to 150psi and go for 17-18psi in the spring.

Siadam an easier way to test your flow rate right now (if you want to) put your mani into a plastic bin and spray for 30 seconds then pour it into a measuring cup and whatever ML its at times by 2 and thats your flow rate.

FYI the new 250psi pumps compensate for pressure lost from multiple injectors or long lines so if you set it to 150psi it will make sure the lines have 150psi. Thats what i've read at least.

Good idea, but wouldn't you x by 4? Oh wait... x2 becuase its only for 30 sec and not a minute right. So then you would want to divide the total fluid by 4 for each injector and that would give you the individual cc
This ^

I might do that if I feel like it. I'm not sure what I have that will measure cc's though.

I am gonna try to bolt it up this weekend and report back.
