S2000 Forced Induction S2000 Turbocharging and S2000 supercharging, for that extra kick.

do i need to get tuned again?

I was reading his rough tuning summation with the unspoken caveat that one knows you can be in boost in almost any rpm with respect to throttle and would tune accordingly. Additionally, as you mentioned, the speed density systems most here use tune via map pressure and not tps and again I took this as unsaid as there is a correlation only between map and tps. I thought the post was referencing tps because that is easier to relate to than map of a VE table which the OP may not be familiar with. In short I was giving the poster and OP the benefit of doubt.

well im taking my car back to ILP tomorrow for a re-tune, hopefully this time the tune will be better..

their "safe" tune just seems wayyy too rich in my opinion. there has to be a happy medium between safe and optimum performance..

Your car just needs to be fine tuned for part throttle. Make sure he goes in 500 rpm increments for several load points to get it looking like a curve as mentioned earlier
