Dynoed and mayby fuel problem?
OK, I'm feeling a little bit better. Thanks for the exhaust recommendations guys! I think I was going V4 anyway.
The only other question I have is the boost dropping to about 7.5psi from 6K up. Does that sound pretty normal, or could it be a boost leak issue? It does go up to 10, but it doesn't stay there.

99% sure you can't monitor fuel pressure through the OBD2 port.
Anything in the 10 AFR is overly rich and costing you power/driveability. I think your problem is with that Emanage, your fuel setup for your goals is fine.

Wow, there are so many questions and problems with what you are saying, you really needs to find a tuner willing to help you solve these problems.
First off at the at the pressures you are talking about you should never have a problem making boost. If the boost was dropping off your tuner should have measured the pressure at the turbo outlet and the intake to make sure there are no leaks or restrictions. Secondly they should have tried a manual boost controller to make sure the AEM is working properly. I have seen the issue you are having and I associate the trouble now to the boost controller. You may want to buy or borrow a cheap manual controller and test it out and definably check for leaks.
As far as the fueling is going you need to check the injector map, Greddy will only let you add 100% duty cycle, so you can either add larger injectors up the fuel pressure or retune based on Duration but you are limited to an extra 20ms and that may not be enough either. If you used a genuine Walbro 255LPH then won’t have any trouble until you hit closer to 500WHP or more depending on your fuel.
Lastly, just b/c you numbers on the dyno seem lower than others remember that b/c of many variables everyone reads a bit different. So even though you 265HP there you could lay down 300HP somewhere else.
