Kingh motorsports is havign a BBQ and dyno day on the 20th of septemeber. I am signed up to dyno my car.

I found out my 2nd o2 sensor was bad, and my catalytic converter was clogged. I have installed a full 3 inch exhaust, Its a bit to loud for my taste, but i wanted it to be 3 inch.

Dyno numbers will come in september. I have also installed AEM boost and a wideband gauge. So im even closer to going K-pro.

I didn't read all 6 pages but in the first page i noticed you had a plug with a 6 heat range plug... stock is 7 and you should be running 8. Right now you are actually running 1 heat range hotter than stock.

I wouldn't go and trade the UR FMIC for an aftercooler. I dynoed my car in the winter at around 8psi and made 329whp, which is alittle above average for what SOS recommends at that level of boost. I have the 3.8" pulley and know that I am losing at least 1psi. It shouldn't matter if you are running high boost or low boost, I would imagine the FMIC is going to be just as efficient either way. I am not doubting that it is less efficient then AC.

ok, so months later. I finally got my car dynoed again. With around 4 psi, I layed down 255.63 and 159.54. Still on FMU managment. NGK BKR7E plugs. Not bad I do not think. I made up the drivetrain loss and then some.

So what was the cause?

I ask because I still think my numbers are lowish for what I'm making.

this is what i chnaged from my last dyno ru

fix boost leak on tial BOV (oring)
3 inch exhaust (had stock before)
3 inch test pipe (had stock cat before)
NGK BKR7E plugs (had 6E's before)
tightened SC belt
ACT clutch kit and resurfaced the flywheel

Before on a mustang: 217whp
after on a dynojet: 255whp (this dyno is accurate, PUSHIN9 on these forums ran the same numbers he did on another dyno, with no changes to his car)

Here is the dyno chart. Right now im in the process of trying to find an AP2 Comptech 4.2inch 7PSI pulley. I think im going to put aside trying to get K-Pro and built up my Differential over winter.

USDM EG, Glad to see you with better numbers! The 7 psi pulley should get you up to about 295 rwhp (at sea level) with the stock injectors (with stock exhaust system). When you go to the smaller sc pulley you will need to get a smaller supercharger drive belt. Your tuner will have to richen up the fuel mixture a little more by adjusting the Comptech supplied fuel pressure regulator again (do not bottom out the adjustment bolt!).

I just uploaded the video, hopefully this will be the link (its in HD)

Hello jmoores2k, i will be tuning it myself (I have wideband now). Ive been doing a little research on how to adjust the FMU. So once i source a belt and pulley, Ill be ready to roll!
