Dynoed my CTSC'ed 01 S2000
i understand completly. I installed it the correct way. Im calling King tomorrow to try and get in for saturday oir next week sometime after work. Ill try to work some magic and have them adjust the FMU on the dyno too.
USDM EG One item not mentioned in the Comptech Supercharger and Aftercooler install instructions (that I received) was the correct FI spark plug gap to use. After some research I found that the correct spark plugs to use for supercharged Honda S2000 (AP1) engines (with OEM Coils) should be one range colder (for street use) than stock and have gaps of .032 to .034 inch (less gap than the stock plugs). I am using the DENSO Ultra-Fine 0.4mm Iridium spark plugs gapped at .033 inch and have had no plug problems. The new plugs should be torqued to the Honda S2000 specs as too little torque will allow the plugs to work loose.

jmoore2k, you are a walking Honda manual to me! Do you have nything else youd liek to preach?! haha Im already running NGK BKR6E plugs gapped at the OEM spec. Im going to change those out at my next oil change.
Well, im trying to get into King to schedule a dyno time, but they are super busy. However I was able to get to the local 1/4 mile strip. Im about a half second faster. I recorded:
2.0 60's on average, and nothing quicker
13.445 was my fastest time
103ish miles per hour
Not bad, it was very humid when i got there and i couldnt even get over 100mph as a trap. But once the sun went down i was able to get above it.

Trust me, I understand. Today is day 1 of figuring out why even heatsoaked I only made 270/175 on a 9psi pulley, 650cc Siemons, and UR FMIC.
My tuner was confident in his tuning, and I'm still waiting on my tbolt clamps.

USDM EG, I look forward to seeing your new dyno numbers.
I have found that it is necessary to check the supercharger belt tension several times between oil changes as a new belt will stretch with miles & high rpm use. A Comptech rep told me the quick way to check sc belt tension is to rotate the belt (with thumb and finger about midpoint between two pulleys). Proper sc belt tension will only allow rotation of about 90 degrees. Without strong-arming, belt rotation of less than 90 degrees means the belt is too tight and should be loosened some.
