Does the power level really make a difference on which to use? I'm only going to be about 350rwhp at around 10-13 psi.

Your a prime candidate for a water/meth kit. No sense in using e85 for your power level. Water/meth benefits you at any psi level, whether it be keeping your intake and combustion temps cool to near N/A temps depending on your water ratio, steam cleaning your top end keeping your intake and valves, piston tops pristine clean and performing like new, or giving you that added margin of safety in hard driving environments such as racing. E85 doesn't really do any of these things.

Yeah, just plumbed into your motor lol. Its the same fluid. You could literally tap a separate line from your factory washer fluid tank and run both at the same time if you wanted
