To be honest - I'm not sure who to believe. The above thread from clubrsx.com states that Greddy messed up the ignition wiring diagram for the car, and that folks were having problems with the timing.

I'm not 100% certain, but I believe those diagrams to be the updated or corrected ones. I will verify when I find out more info from Greddy on this, and post back here with the answer.

See, this is what I like - discussion. Some other boards out there do not discuss things, they just ignore posts. I'm not trying to throw a monkey wrench in anyone's projects here, etc, I am just looking for the facts. Unfortunately we've two different answers on things.

I'm going with what Wes and Blue have to say. Wes has blown (in both senses) enough engines to know how to do it and how to screw it. And Virus isn't actually running the ignition maps so his set up hasn't been tested. I expect if it was there would be some frantic editing of the diagrams.

I guess it's the sort of thing that you will know when you have it right and when you have it wrong it'll be very apparent but not damaging.

Ok, I just received confirmation from Greddy about the firing order - it IS supposed to be wired per the firing order, 1-3-4-2. I am going to rewire my car to that and see if my fuse problem is fixed.

Wish me luck guys......Thanks for all of the support / info, I'll post my results.

Out of curiosity, what timing light are you using? Will any DIS light work?

I've got the E-mange out at the moment. I realise the ignition wiring was wrong, but what about the injectors?

Do they fire sequentially? Do they have to be wired in firing order too?

May as well get it right whilst it's out.

Wait, what do you mean here. Are they wired up in the same "firing order" as the igniton channels, or are they wired up as

ch 1 to inj 1
ch 2 to inj 2
ch 3 to inj 3
ch 4 to inj 4

I'm sorry, but I don't follow....
