Engine Build up progression
Wow - this thread almost had a turn for the worst right out of the box.
Non-the-less, if you are aiming for decent power right out of the box I would do the following :
Inline Pro Turbo Kit
GT35R Turbo Upgrade
Inline Pro Oil Filter Relocation Kit
Inline Pro 3mm Head Gasket
Competition Ironman Clutch Kit & Flywheel
Boost Controller (manual, electronic, or gm solenoid - your choice)
AEM EMS 1052
AEM 3.5 Bar Map Sensor
AEM Fuel Pressure Regulator
RC Engineering or Precision 750cc Injectors
Krankvents
Then have the car tuned to approximately 12psi. That should give you your 350whp until you decide to build from there!
John, the owner of Inline Pro has been running a stock motor with 3mm head gasket on 25psi making 558whp for over a year with no problems (other than clutches burning out). Trust me, John does not drive his car lightly either!

Slightly off topic, but relevant since you mentioned you're using your car for autox. If you're going for more responsiveness and want some extra peace of mind, with 350whp+ you might want to look at getting a shorter, reinforced final drive and diff. Regarding your questions on building your motor, it looks like the general trend on these boards is to
get a thicker headgasket up until ~450bhp.
