Finally finished my Afi turbo install
My last tune was in the spring . I made 425whp on 11psi. Then in May my car had a major failure. The failure appeared to be a cracked top ring. I suspected there was something going on in fall of 2012. I did a compression check then and cylinder 2 seemed low. Perhaps there was an issue when I bought the car in June 2012? It was originally supercharged when I bought it at 435whp. I just finished up getting my bottom end built and put back in the car the end of August . I was going to get the car retuned this fall but in going to wait until the spring as it won't get driven much plus I might do sonr additional stuff over the winter.
Bad ads man car looks great are thos dry sleeves? And sorry about old motor.
See I'm still on my build 2years in the makeing custom transmission custom 8.8 swap and axles. Custom manifold and lots more I'm still a good 6-8weeks away from it running tho
I'm on stock f20c with 124k on it wit new super tech springs and retainers also valve job new guides and arp head studs hope mine holds up: / lol
And I only ask about the sleeves cause I have never seen the dry ones on a s2000 motor is all.
My other f20c block has Benson sleevs

Sounds like you have a lot of custom fab skills. I wish I had the 8.8. But yeah these are the darton dry sleeves. Cp pistons 9.6:1 compression , Crower h beam rods, acl bearings. I have the arp head studs as well. Everything is working perfect. No complaints or issues at all. Good luck on your build I bet it will be nice when it's all finished
