Okay so I'm getting around to installing the AEM standalone. I previously had the car on nitrous and used an AEM wideband installed in the test pipe to watch my A/F. So I have the two OEM and the wideband. How should I hook up everything? Leave the OEM ones in and wire the wideband to the ecu? Will this cause problems? Thanks for the responses.

I have both as well but only running the Aem as a standalone n use the oem inputted into ecu. If u think about it. The oem does great job. And during boost it should go into open loop so either won't play any better.

The dyno/tuner maps the fuel for open loop.

Also If u can I talked to Aem and they said no more then 18" away from turbo outlet. Life span will suffer any closer but it will be more accurate. I put mine in test pipe, n still wanna move it closer now. My oem is close enough tho. So not super important.

Looks like I'll be upgrading to ap2 banjo bolts after reading how often failure occurred.

Alright see if anyone can sort this out for me. I went to install my OEM o2 sensor upstream in the downpipe and for some reason it doesn't fit. It slides right in. I bought an 05 upstream sensor and it seems to fit. They look identical threadwise and diameter. Am I missing something? I looked at OEM ones as well and didn't notice a difference. I do not own a pair of calipers so I did not get an official measurement. The 05 o2 sensor seems to fit and clip in the OEM connector. Will I have any issues using this? I'm guessing no since it will be a standalone system. As long as the connector fits?

are the threads stripped on your down pipe?

Something is off. I would not think most mfg. would vary the size or even pitch. Think its pretty standardized, I could be wrong tho. I have only owned a handful of cars.

Nothing is stripped. I'm just going to remove the downpipe even though it's a pain in the ass. Really odd.

Final piece of the puzzle goes in Saturday and that's the fuel pump. Also ordered a koyorad and samco hoses. Replacing the radiator which I suspect has a cracked filler neck. Anywho does anyone have a base map for me to get this just running before I have it towed to the tuner?

Its an aem v1 will be on pump 91 running id1000s and a walboro 255 fuel pump. Thanks in advance.

The car is completely together. Just ordered a ms3 ecu to try out. Ditched the aem v1. Really liked that ms3 will pass smog here in California. Obviously would fail the visual if you didn't know somebody. Anywho here is how the car sits now.

Now just to take all the tools out of the engine bay and wait for the new ms3labs ecu
