i believe thats a to4e .63a/r housing with 2.5" exit. Does it have the stage 3 wheel? If its a garrett, it should be the same one i have. Not sure if it will give you the clearance needed on the prostreet mani but its a pretty standard housing and should work. I know the 5 bolt flange has an odd shape and i can def see how that could interfere.
