Found a good solution for rebuilds
While you can send your stuff directly to Millenium, you probably won't have a good time. The pricing on their site is just for the plating, it does not include any other services that are required to have a properly functioning engine. ie: boring, honing, decking. I have a torque honing plate stored at their facility for use on our engines as it will simulate bore distortion when the cylinder head is torqued down.
I spent quite a bit of resources getting the recipe correct to get it to an OEM level for our platform.
If you're interested in getting it done, you can reach out to me as I deal for Millenium and my pricing is a little better than what they offer direct. You'll also get the specs I developed.

Currently, I still have in-spec oem FRM blocks available, so doing NSC plating isn't mandatory for an oem rebuild...yet.
However, even when NSC is the only option, it really doesn't make sense to use oem rods and pistons. Technology has advanced and there are better options for the same price that yield a better level of reliability. The only reason we still use stock pistons is because no one has been able to recreate the oem coating to the level of an oem manufacturer. The stock pistons and rods are very heavy.
Ultimately, an s2000 restomod service will be introduced between myself and another company that is a sponsor of this site. The platform isn't to the point of needing that service yet, though.
