It connects to the intake pipe I believe.

Got a question about the BOV. I have the Synapse Synchronic BOV http://www.synapseengineering.com/ and it has 3 vaccum line connections. 2 are for the intake manifold and 1 is for a boost only source (compressor signal or intercooler pipe). Where would I hook that up to? Can I "T" into the line that goes from the charge pipe to the actuator?

There is a Synapse rep on here somewhere, do a search for the vendor ads.

Is the actuator the same thing as the internal wastegate?

It is related. The actuator is the shiny thing that hangs off the turbo that has a connecting rod that goes to the internal wastegate. It has a barb on it for a vaccum hose. It moves the connecting rod, which in turn opens the waste gate flapper.

It is the shiny lil canister looking thing on top.

It is a form of the 18G turbo, not a T3/T4. Greddy uses the Mitsubishi style turbos not the Garett
