^HAHA... from your last few posts with all the issues your having I'm thinking your 6'2" and weight about 190lbs.

What else do you have left?
I'm 6'1 and 205 so its been a challenge fitting my limbs in these small spaces. I'm waiting on a the oil return line that was messed up. I should be getting one from Greddy this week. Then all I would needed to do is install it and then the oil relocation kit. I bought the newer banjo oil bolts since I have an 01. But I'm not sure if I want to put them in. I've read several cases where people have stripped out the #1 cyc one and I don't want to go through that hassle. I went to 4 different auto part stores and no one had a torque wrench that I could use. Maybe its a sign for me not to upgrade them.

I just put in the Walbro fuel pump.. it took me about 2-3 hours to do what a PITA. One of the hardest parts was trying to disconnect the electric connector form the OEM fuel pump. I had to use pliers and a pair of tweezers to remove it. And putting the fuel filter stay (tiny metal o ring) on isn't a walk in the park. I used pliers and a screw driver. You have to be careful not to block the traveling path of the fuel level arm. I had to adjust it several times to it it right. If you tall like I am its very hard working in the small space behind the seats. My neck is going to be killing me tomorrow!!
Nice, I just finished putting mine in as well. I had to adjust the fuel filter several times too so it doesn't get in the path of the fuel lever arm. You should have seen me getting that thing out. I was sitting indian style in the trunk with my head through the spare tire area.

Time to install the injectors!

Your right the Banjo Oil Bolts are not in the kit but people on the board recommend to upgrade them if you have an 00' - 01' S2000 and are going FI.

What about adding an extra external oil cooler kit to keep the heat down, perhaps it's possible to place the oil cooler radiator before the turbo and prevent overheating? or is this a bad idea?

I already got a vented hood but i think i'm going for a koyo radiator, j's racing fan switch/rad cap and an external oil cooler to complete the cooling package. what do you guys think of this?

I'd leave out the oil cooler unless you track alot. Between the rad/IC you should be fine. Adding an oil cooler makes for another potential problem. The less shi$ your oil has to go through the better.

Another question...

The consensus seems to be that a BOV is beneficial to this turbo setup. My question is, is it necessary right away, or can I safely drive around without one until the time of my tuning session?

If the "complete kit" didn't come with one, you should be fine.

Just finished the Greddy Kit tonight and it is GREAT!!!! The kit was a smooth install and runs great. The question of the evening is about the emanage. It's plug and play which is easy enough (you would think), i plugged the available e-manage harnesses into the ecu but there is a small extra harness that does not key up. I noticed Kix does not have this "extra harness" however mine is an AP1. Couldn't find any info, so i didn't plug it in and everything works great. But for peace of mind i would like to know what the deal is. Also there are a few extra wires throughout the piggyback that i don't know what to do with. I read that they are for guages and stuff but don't know, and since there are no wiring diagrams included, i'm not sure. Again, it works great just wondering if anyone has had this issue or knows what to do. Thanks again for all the input.
