Greddy Turbo Install
Got the oil pressure sensor in and wired up this week. If any of you install an oil pressure sensor, be sure to note that you will need this:

You will need it because the greddy oil relocation adapter blocks only accept 1/8" BSP. That stands for British Standard Pipe

I actually spent quite awhile at the local home depots, lowes, pep boys, etc trying to find a 1/8" NPT female to 1/8" BSP male converter. I've read in other threads that it is OK to force fit the 1/8" oil pressure sensor into the 1/8" BSP plug in the Greddy oil block. However, in my case, I could only get 3 threads on before it started binding. The fear of fudging the threads or blowing out the oil pressure sensor was enough for me to want to do it the right way... you can find the adapter here Adapter

Oil pressure sensor... good to 120psi

Picture of adapter installed

Heaps of teflon tape on the oil pressure sensor

Pressure sensor installed into adapter

Picture of gauge, wideband, and oil pressure controllers. All fitted together.
I didn't take pictures of the wiring because its just too damn easy. All you need to do is run 2 wires from the controller to the sensor... thats it!
I got to use the pressure sensor this past few days and its great. At idle the pressure reads at 20-35... normal cruise is around 70-85psi...and vtec is... I dunno
... I cant take my eyes away from the road when going full wot in vtec.
Overall I'm very pleased with PLX. Their wideband and oil pressure gauges really give me a piece of mind. Now I dont have to worry about not knowing how my A/F mixture or if I have a oil leak.

hm my aem oil pressure was reading around 60psi at idle last night...that was after cold start and didnt drive around to see if it would go down...guess i need to watch that today when im on the road
