About 1/2 way into installing the kit.

Three notes
1)Greddy engineers are dyslexic.

2)Whoever designed the harness is an idiot.

3)Whoever wrote those directions is a bigger idiot. Prepare to install/uninstall a shitload of parts. I will post up what was wrong when I'm done.

Try doing it when you dont have the directions and go to their website that only has section 1, and 3. its missing the middle section...

LOL yeah if you install the oil filter relocation kit first before the turbo, you WILL have to take off the relocation kit and then put the turbo and then put the relocation kit back on. I didn't really follow the directions of the kit, just used it as a guideline to make sure I didnt leave anything out. Worked out better doing it that way.

Yeah the instructions have been revised recently. The website hasn't even been updated with it yet.

I also have a question about the oil reloc now that I think about it...

the intake pipe for the turbo has a bracked welded on it... it pushes up against one of the steel braided hoses for the oil relocation kit... ill try to get a pic of it, but i dont like them touching... what did I do wrong?

yeah, i would grind the aluminum bracket down. I've seen this a couple times. Some cars it touches the lines, some it doesn't. On the ones that it does, i HIGHLY recommend grinding the bracket down.
