ALSO, are you planning on building the rear diff? ive read that it needs work once FI'd
No diff work needed if you don't "drag launch" the car.

ALSO, does anyone get a weird clicking noise when idling?

I've been told it might be a "timing chain tensioner"?

Lol 1 more question. When i'm slowing down to stop, and I take it out of gear, there is a whistle noise... I think it may be the BOV... ?

I dont plan to build my rear diff. Dont think its worth it esp when matted to the greddy turbo. I didn't want to swap out the clutch but I'm beginning to have some slippage after driving it hard for about 30mins.

I'm also taking a bit further with swapping out the flywheel too. I'm hoping this will improve the sync-up with the engine and transmission during quick shifts as well as down shifting.

Sounds like it might be the timing chain tensioner. (the click)
It could also be your 550's as they click louder then stock injectors.

Well it's not a good thing. I was told by a mechanic that heard my car on startup that mine was starting to go bad also. (I still haven't changed it though).

I wonder what it does... besides put tension on our timing chain...

I've read that boosted s2000's run into problems with them...

kix,

Can you confirm that the 3-way t-fitting off the block for the stock oil pressure sensor relocate and oil feed line accepts only 1/8 BSP and not 1/8 NPT?

The stock oil pressure sensor for the dummy light is 1/8 BSP, so I'm sure the 3-way T-fitting and union are all 1/8 BSP.

The Greddy manual references "1/8PT" and "1/8PF". I assume both are 1/8 BSP??
