What more can be done to add power, and how much more bhp can reasonably be expected out of the Greddy kit?
Since it's a new kit, it's all speculation, but i would say that the largest limiting factor would be the turbo size. With a test pipe, a head gasket, some internals, like any car, more power can be made.

I'd like to know about this too.
Greddy's demo car was an '06, if I'm not mistaken.

Are there any issues/drawbacks to using eManage vs. AEM EMS? I know that the majority of other custom turbos (e.g. Inline Pro) recommend EMS for it's flexibility and control over the ECU vs. a simple piggyback. So, in GReddy's case (ignoring the obvious fact that they want to promote their own product) .. would it make a significant difference to use EMS instead?

I would not call the eManage Ultimate a simple piggyback. It is very tuneable and should work nicely with this kit.

So if that's true -- is there a reason why EMS is the recommended approach when going custom turbo like inline pro? Why not just use eManage Ult. at $1000 less?

Just trying to compare my options right now.

Thanks.

Not really sure why everyone insists on EMS over other options. The Greddy eManage blue was pretty horrible (my personal opinion) and the Ultimate only came out a couple years ago. I run an Ultimate on my car and it works very well.

The one thing I can do with the Ultimate that I could not with the EMS is pass emmisions in a state that requires OBDII.

Hmm ok thanks. Looks like Ultimate is a great solution, especially from a cost perspective then -- both on the Greddy or Inline Pro

Another question I have that I couldn't find anywhere: is the T518Z ball-bearing?
And, on that note, at what boost levels (or other criteria) would you guys recommend a ball-bearing (eg. Inline Pro's upgrade option) to be worth the extra money
