I have slight rattles/vibrations... at very low rpm... just above idle...

at idle, its perfect, and above about 2500, no problems... but that raddle is bugging the piss out of me...

Also, when i make hard left turns, i hear wierd noises... like rougher vibrations as if the turbo itself is touching the frame of the car...

Dosent do it on hard right turns...
There's plenty of clearance from the turbo to the chassis, so i highly doubt the turbo is rattling against the chassis.

Ok, i poped the hood and had a friend rev the engine to where it rattles... the entire piping rattles... and shakes... its the pipe coming out of the turbo going into the intercooler.

What else do you think the noise is when I make those turns? Suspension?

for the piping coming out of the turbo, only things it might be close to, or is touching are: the air diversion plate and the lower rubber mount. Check both, but usually the air diversion plate is close to that pipe. adjust the air diversion plate up more, shave it, or adjust the piping so that it sits further away.

Noise during turns....yeah maybe suspension. hard to say w/o hearing it.

its not hitting anything... just the pipe coming out of the turbo going to the intercooler... it vibrates under very small load... like around 1500-2500rpm... in 1st gear.

Still looking for an answer to this question....

How are you running the UEGO wiring to the engine bay? I noticed that the wrapping on the wiring is not heatproof, and the hot downpipe might cause it to melt. Just curious as to how you guys are running the wiring from the AFR sensor into the engine bay?

well is it making noise then? if it's just vibrating and not vibrating against anything, it shouldn't make noise. If it's vibrating and making noise, that means it's hitting something.

Make sure all your hose clamps are tight and make sure the lower compression pipe is tight on the rubber mount.

u can buy thermal wrap "tubes" for things like wiring.
