Would you guys say that it's safe to run 10psi daily on the greddy kit given a skilled tuner? (Stock motor, no 3mm headgasket).
If the tuner actually knows what he is doing (you'd be suprised how many tuners simply don't have a clue yet people think they are good ), sure you can run 10psi no problem.

I'll be running ten psi.

Hows your guys gas mileage? Anybody have issues with the fuel gauge getting stuck? I thought I installed the fuel filter out of the way from the fuel leveler, but I think its getting stuck at 1/3 full tank. I'm almost at 200mi on the odometer. I live in a new developement and no gas station of 15miles.
My gas milage has gone to the crapper. I only get about 175 per tank which is around 15MPG. I go get on it alot but not too bad. Thats life i guess, you have to pay to play.

Well I don't know if its the warmer Temp, but my car seems to be running better. I was talking to some other recent Greddy Turbo'd guys and we all came to the conclusion that the car feels slower in VTEC. I guess this is because we are so used to the drastic difference in power when the CAR was NA and hits Vtec???????? I am staying away from Vtec in WOT, but I do like WOT up to 5,000RPMS, The Spool of the 'lil Turbo and the BOV sound are amazing

I only took it up to 7,000 RPM once and I kind of felt the same way. Expecting a huge surge of power that never happened. I'm sure it will be much different once the exhaust and tune are done.

Besides the Vtec dip that a lot of us have, the power is still climbing (you can see this in the various dyno charts posted), the vtec 'kick' just doesn't seem to be there anymore since there's a huge increase in power and torque before vtec engagement.

Don't get your hopes up. This is my first turbo'd car and the odd sensation that vtec is lacking is something you will get over. The Dyno does not lie and it shows power growing right up to redline. The car basically feels "flipped". That weak, feels like a Civic feeling you were used to under vtec is replaced by a wildy dramatic power surge, which lessens the feeling of vtec to the point where you start thinking more tuning or better breathing parts might "fix" it. Its really all in your head and you will be flying down the road in a rather undramatic and linear fashion. This seamless power delivery only gets smoother after you get it tuned. You might even think you got slower. You get over it eventually.

Guys, will a 70mm Muffler in place of the Invidia Resonator seriously "clog" up my exhaust, this godamn exhaust is too loud, I don't know what to do.

Also with a good tune and a Test Pipe, what do you guys think the max WHP is going to be, I really don't want to up the boost. What is it like 10hp, per 1lb of boost?
