Just got back from the smog test and......

I PASSED!!!



everything looked good on the numbers but the hydrocarbonss at 15mph were a little above average. They were 20 with the maximum allowed being 58.
I'll try and scan the report at work tomorrow for you all to see.

On a side note: BE SURE to print the PDF from carb like I did and take it with you. They were of course hesitant to smog at first but I gave them the CARB approval report and showed them the sticker and immediately the young tech goes "oh yeah its the legal Greddy kit". Talk about relief!

Id like to put in a better clutch at the same time I install my kit, just wondering what clutch you guys are using with your cars?

 

ACT PP with stock disc and ACT flywheel. The only clutch setup endorsed by Billman, which IMHO, is as good as if Honda said it themselves. Car drives great and grabs very well.

i have the same clutch and flywheel setup, installed by billman. the car feels just right - not too insane to drive, but there is a very strong feel out of this setup.

are you guys using the 9lb flywheel?

 

Heres my smog data from my Greddy kit with stock cat/ Greddy 70 single.

 

what is that test weight from? is that in their database or did they weigh your car with a driver?
