Well went out and did a few things here at work right now at lunch.
Checked the harness for the Ultimate to make sure it was plugged in. One of the plugs clicked but didnt seem to push in more? Then I did a map whack, put a zip tie on the may to hold the plug better and reset the ECU.

Took it for a quick spin down the street and all was completely fine!! (where as before I did this (20 minutes ago) anytime I went to boost it fell on its face.
good to hear! there are a lot of people that don't plug it in all the way (and think they do), this is a very easy mistake to make.

1. VTEC is working

2. your stock-ish exhaust system is what is choking up the car.

throw the 70mm on there and you'll notice a huge difference.
Yea, I had a feeling my exhaust is holding the car back. Andrew (the AP2) used to run the Spoon N1 Single. Then switched to a no name dual exhaust. He said the car ran a lot better.

Chris: Don't you have the Greddy 70mm exhaust with your Greddy turbo? If so, what are your impressions with that exhaust?

yeah i have the greddy 70. I downsized from an 80mm though due to the obnoxious noise the 80 put out. 70 is perfect IMO. To give you an idea about flow differences, i was tuned on the 80mm catback at 10-10.5 psi and when i swapped the 70 in (no retune) my boost dropped to 9-9.5 psi.

Exhaust on this turbo kit & car makes a world of difference.
