The manifold doesn't hit anything. It just vibrates really bad to make everything that connected to it shake, include the shift knob.

I really meant the turbo itself not ball bearing I was at the office afraid someone was looking. Good thing it doesnt do it all the time, I am watching the manifold bolt everytime after a drive, so far it is not coming loose.

Do you have the brace from cody? And could you post pics of your set-up. I need some motivation cause i'm still waiting to have mine installed.

I have the brace and it takes away alot of shake, our set up is very heavy on one side with turbo and manifold and the weight is higher up probrably contributing the vibration. But I am happy with it.

I would check the dumptube for the rattling. Mine hits right by the motor mount and rattles.
Spoolin, I have had to replace a broken mototr mount. We found it was broken when I switched from my Ultimate Racing kit to Lovefab.

what about if someone were to use the engine damper on the collectors of the manifold or even the turbo, than mount to the fram or motor?

Hmm I have something to check, my exhuast is pulling too much to the passenger side.
