They are building a 9.5:1 2.5L (100mm x 89mm)...in fact it's almost ready to be driven home.

ask me how I know.
Because my 2.4 isn't big enough??

No this type of setup is not a bad idea. It plays on the shortcomings of the 2.0 and 2.2 with lack of low end and can also capitlize on the high power of the GT35r.

So many of you bitch when someone even thinks about swapping out the F series "heart of the S2000"

So if anything you guys should be Leg humping this guy for building a sick ass turbo s2000 with 'big displacement'

of course his plan is skewed so its up to us to set him straight.

Inlinepro 35R then stroker. No substitute.

So far he hasn't built anything.

And if he does build a turbo stroker it won't be any faster than other non-stroked turbo Ss. Being results oriented I don't see the point.

It seems to me that if it was really a great idea then Inline would have done it. After all, they make the sickest strokers and the sickest turbo kits.

But it's his money, and if he wants to build a stroker with a turbo, more power to him.

Just for the record, I have a 2.4L stroker with a GT35r from Inline...

You just have to trust me, even on a very conservative tune, it is a completely different car/feeling

OP: If you have the money then go for it. I personally would suggest rocking a Inline kit with a 35R and a head gasket(if you want 475+). It would be less money, and it will definitely be a different car than your used to

i think this set up would be great for the street any thought
i know that the greddy turbo is not large
Are you serious?

I think you need to stay NA. This thread is worthless.

I hate being rude but you gave us no details on your goals. What made you want the stroker? The fact that its 2.5 vs. 2.0? Why do you want greddy, cause they are popular?
