I think when axle is jacked up it flexes when trying loosen the nut with impact or breaker bar. Try it and it might work.

Good luck.
I appreciate the info, Ron. I'd already tried with the car on the ground, however. I broke my 4-ft breaker bar trying to break the axle nut loose (with the car on the ground) lol I'm convinced that either Billman is bright green and wears tattered, purple shorts or the axle nut is seized.

Oh. Sorry to hear about that then. When Billman did mine last he used 1" or 1-1/4" breaker bar called Big Bertha :-)

6266 (not sure the s362 will fit; Pang relayed that he hasn't tried to mock up a BW turbo on this manifold, so he can't say definitively either way)

T4 right? .81 seems like an odd number (no pun intended lol); sure it wasn't .82?

Sold the sideskirts/door inserts (still need to remove the glue!):

Nice work, gotta let us know how the .82 responds. Personally I have the 1.00 on the 62 Borg (s300sx fmw). I am considering the .91 hot side. In for future updates

Mine is a flat tip 0.91 a/r. So far, I love it. It feels similar to the GT3076R I was running around town, but I haven't had a chance to do datalogs of boost thresholds or anything like that.
