Damn so glad I sold my 35r and got my s366 now I have seen all kinds of different results on my power of this turbo sum say 800 some say 900 some say they have seen 950 because borw rates there turbo at a lower efficiency rating has anyone else heard all of these different scenarios and what do you all think max power will be on this though

I won't be going that high for a while

Swung by PTuning this morning to pick up a modular vacuum block:

Tight clearances:

The TurboSmart RacePort is M12 x1.75 (took the fitting to Sears); going to order an M12 x 1.75 to 1/8" adapter

Thanks Manny. The s366 will bolt up to your current manifold. Maybe Jake (hatchbone) can chime in to clarify whether his old manifold (my current manifold) is OTS or custom. Additionally, be sure to get the 3" vband exhaust housing option (I went through Full-Race; they guarantee their 3" vband mod to the BW turbo will make them interchangeable with any T4 turbo (ie. replacing a Precision T4 with an s300).

Anyone test the limits of the oem disc/ACT pressure plate? If so, at what torque did it finally start to slip?

Update: MrC relayed that the TurboSmart RacePort (older style) has a vacuum fitting size of 7/16 x 20" (M12 x 1.75 is the metric equivalent)

Kyle, I have heard that the limit for that clutch setup is around 400wtq, and I that power level I think it would be slipping a little bit especially with some wear on it.

Yeah. The clutch will likely be the limiting factor for me on Q16. I don't really want to swap it out due to the fact that I'm going with a different trans shortly anyway.

Will you still going with the v160?
