herecomesboost build thread (part 2)
yes I was at 504 whp @17psi when i maxed out my ID 1000cc injectors on e85 and stock fuel pressure. This was also on a high reading dyna pac dyno. Most people are not able to break 500whp with stock fuel pressure, e85 and id1000cc injectors.
have you got this flex fuel sensor and flex map for the aem ems working already?

Nice! I will probably pick up one of those covers as well.
I haven't decided where to put my return line yet.

Of course my GM fuel content sensor (previously backordered) arrived today RIGHT after I filled the car with 5 gallons of 93 lol. I decided to use pin A26 as the input for the flex map:

In the flex fuel map, you need to active the input (again, I chose 'switch 5' but you can choose T3/T4/Switch2-6). Additionally, you need to turn the rising/falling edge for your switch 'ON'; the falling edge of T3 (VSS) is 'ON' by default and can be left alone. To add channels to the 'Options-Flex Fuel' window, right click in a blank section of the window, right-click, 'insert options', scroll down to your correct switch (Sw5 rising edge/Sw5 falling edge), and add them to the window; turning them 'ON' as previously mentioned:

The GM FCS/harness, Zeitronix FCS display, and GM E85 Emblem

Mounted the display on the radio door:

It works!

The plan is to run burn the 5 gallons of 93, then make the switch to E85 (or probably closer to E70 at the first fill up).
