herecomesboost build thread (part 2)
i really wanna do this, only thing i dont wanna do it try and put an fittings in the middle of my fuel line on the car, guess it would be way easier to just remove the whole line and do it out of the car
Matt, you don't need to do that. They make AN adapters for the GM fuel content sensors; simply attach the sensor to the bottom of your fuel pressure regulator and attach your return line to the other side. It will add ~2.5-3" to your line at the most.

Of course my GM fuel content sensor (previously backordered) arrived today RIGHT after I filled the car with 5 gallons of 93 lol. I decided to use pin A26 as the input for the flex map:

In the flex fuel map, you need to active the input (again, I chose 'switch 5' but you can choose T3/T4/Switch2-6). Additionally, you need to turn the rising/falling edge for your switch 'ON'; the falling edge of T3 (VSS) is 'ON' by default and can be left alone. To add channels to the 'Options-Flex Fuel' window, right click in a blank section of the window, right-click, 'insert options', scroll down to your correct switch (Sw5 rising edge/Sw5 falling edge), and add them to the window; turning them 'ON' as previously mentioned:

The GM FCS/harness, Zeitronix FCS display, and GM E85 Emblem

Mounted the display on the radio door:

It works!

The plan is to run burn the 5 gallons of 93, then make the switch to E85 (or probably closer to E70 at the first fill up).

OEM style. I'm sure the weight savings will be marginal; my current trunk has holes from Ron's (previous owner) spoiler.
Yeah. FINALLY getting around to the exterior (the driver door still has double sided tape/glue from the old body kit lol). Thanks Matt.

Nice! Are you planning to tune this yourself?
