Pumped in 5 gallons of E85 after work (creating an ~E51-52 mixture). The gauge/sensor are working perfectly. The car is running great!

Do you have any pictures of how you mounted the sensor?

Sure. It's not mounted to the chassis/engine; the fuel (return) line holds it in place (near the knock sensor, under the intake manifold). I'll likely mount it to the frame when I switch to a -6AN return line:

Thanks Kyle. The shops going to hook mine up to the -8AN return line. I need to get a new knock sensor, mine went bad, im surprised yours is still good after so many miles of being boosted.

No problem Nesar. Still on pace to get the car back in a few weeks?

How is the tuning going so far? Did you have to adjust the fuel map for E50?

1. I've noticed that at WOT 25psi, the fuel content percentage will decrease anywhere from E80 to E70. Could be that there is less fuel going into the return line. So I set max blend at 75%. Also I'm on my 5th fill up and the max fuel content is E81. Must be the blend in my area.

2. Are you using the Quick tune feature? A tip is in the fuel table on the upper right hand corner, there is the X box to close the window and next to it is the blue down arrow. Click on the blue down arrow to show the extra windows buttons. One of these buttons will let you select "follow ecu". Also, I just right click on the window/view setup/ and select table only. Only time I use the graph is to look at the slope of the curves.

Thanks for the tips! Tuning is going well thus far. I'm using the quick tune feature I had to make a few adjustments on the flex fuel map; still making minor timing adjustments as well. It's pretty close though. I'm going to lower the target boost on the flex map to ensure that I'm not running the injectors at too high of a duty cycle (initially, at least). Interesting quirk with the fluctuating (ethanol) content under boost. I'll keep that in mind.
