Not yet. Hopefully I'll have time this weekend. I'll take pics of my wiring solution.

lol The idle is really ROUGH (still working on it). Otherwise, the car is running well (when accelerating/cruising). The AFR's at idle are wildly inconsistent.

The car is idling much better. Good tips from both tom153 and indi00; the car still sounds somewhat rough at idle, but the AFR's are relatively stable at 15 (+/- 0.5). The car is running really well at 17psi (only ~53% duty cycle on the 2k's/flat AFR in boost). I hope to install the Walbro 450lph tomorrow and crank it up to 20psi (probably close to the limit of the clutch). The rough idle is likely exacerbated by the fact that I'm running open downpipe. The injectors are only *slightly* louder than my ID-1000's.

1000rpm. I've read that idling is difficult for larger injectors when running pulse width values of less than 2mS (currently running fractions of a millisecond at idle).

Because the government is shut down, I was able to install the new fuel pump. I decided to simply drill a small hole and use epoxy as opposed to a hermetically sealed connector (didn't take pics because it looks just like "s2knoob89's" setup). I haven't been able to find a single case of fuel wicking with the FBM kit(s) (which uses a similar configuration). I'm running 12 gauge wire from the battery to the relay, then 14 gauge from the relay to the fuel pump (6" of wire; the solenoid is mount as close as possible to the tank).

I'm still trying to get boost to hold up top. It's coming on quickly (20-21psi) then quickly dipping to 16.5-17psi; finally holding at 17-18psi to redline. The goal is to run 20-21psi to redline. Thoughts? I'm still working on my boost duty numbers. The following are my current numbers (don't mind the calibration name). I'd love to get feedback:

I'm pretty sure that my wideband went bad (this evening). It's stuck on '14.8' currently. The wiring seems fine, so I ordered a new sensor (should be here on Thursday). I'll test the current sensor in the morning.

How many lbs your wastegate spring? You may need a stiffer wastegate spring to hold to redline.

Currently I am experimenting with the 4port Mac solenoid boosting to 25psi. Goals is to hold 25psi to redline. One difference I notice is boost comes on faster resulting in more torque. The duty cycle on the 4port is very sensitive. A small change in the duty cycle can result in a huge boost oscillation to red line. It was critical to find the exact duty cycle for the boost level. Unfortunately, I got tired of doing runs by myself, so I had friend drive so I can optimize the duty cycle quicker. A 4th gear pull was too much for him to handle, the rear end spun sliding towards a telephone pole and we bounced back onto the road. Just a damaged bumper, a tail light, and a rim. Got everything replaced and just waiting to put on a new set of fresh tires and see if it still runs straight. Be safe. 25psi is too much to handle on crappy tires.
