I was actually going to comment when looking through your pictures about how I was surprised that you hadn't done the cross member removal yet. I think if you're already going through all the trouble to do this, you may as well make it removable like Bobby did up there. Wouldn't be THAT much more work to make it happen.

Thanks dude! Do you have your line locks on a toggle or push button? Just curious.

New intercooler setup (dual backdoor 3" in/out; 18x12x4):

TIG 200 (AC/DC):

The bottle (100% argon), gloves, helmet, filler rods (aluminum/mild/stainless; 3/32 0.045), 14" chop saw, and dual 6" bench grinder should arrive in the next week or so.

New crossmember:

I really need to repaint the wall (the pics really exacerbate the contrast between the filler and the white paint (from when I remounted the tire rack lol))

intercooler looks awesome.. but are you worried about it flowing enough air for 700+? I have been giving it some thought.. I have the GIANT inlinepro one and Im thinking about cutting the tanks off and making a custom route.. that way ill still have a 24 width and 4.5in deep. thoughts?
