Default hole in piping

I was wondering if i had 2 cuts in my intercooler piping(where you have to cut the headlight brackets) what would it exactly affect? Also do you all think that a coupler would keep the headlight bracket from cutting through it again?
Thanks
Fadi

Well it would make you lose boost of course.

I expect some silicone coupler at that point would mean it would take longer to cut through the coupler and piping but won't fix it.

Fix the problem. Move the piping, cut back the bracket, whatever it takes to properly fix it.

I dont think i can cut the bracket anymore without it losing its purpose of being there. Anyone with the inlinepro kit having or has had this problem?
Thanks AusS2000!

I just took my whole bracket off ( lovefab kit ) and haven't had any problems without it. For a quick fix you can take a piece of rubber tubing and cut it down the middle, wrap it around the opening where it rubs and it should help but like AusS2000 said you should try and fix it completely.

Try loosening both the couplers on either end and adjust the whole pipe if possible.
